THE STARTING POINT.

Edenbridge (symphonic metal from Austria, touring internationally for over twenty years) had a classic band website: static, rarely updated, release info scattered across multiple platforms. For fans looking for a new single, a concert, or merchandise, finding information was cumbersome, and for the band, every update meant calling "the webmaster".

OWN THEME, NO PAGE BUILDER.

  • → WordPress theme coded exclusively for Edenbridge. React 18, Vite, Tailwind v4, TypeScript. Glassmorphism UI, cinematic video hero, dark mode as default. Currently theme version 3.5.1, maintained continuously.
  • → Release area: albums, singles, videos centralized, with listening samples, press text, tracklist, streaming links, all maintainable via a dedicated discography manager in the backend.
  • → Clear fan path: from discovery through listening sample and purchase/stream to merch and tour sign-up. Every node measurable.
  • → Tour archive: every concert since the band's founding documented. Valuable for Google (every concert its own URL) and for fan loyalty.

THE BACKEND.

The WordPress admin provides dedicated areas for the band's work. Tour dates, discography, media and press are maintained in the appropriate place:

  • → Tour Manager: every concert as a dedicated entry with venue, date, city, ticket link. Past and upcoming shows automatically land in the right tab.
  • → Discography Manager: albums with tracklist, release date, streaming links (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, Bandcamp). Cover art lives in one place, gets served optimised on every page.
  • → Lyrics, Gallery, Video and Presskit managers: each its own section with drag-and-drop, sorting, tagging. Presskit builder generates band bio, photos and fact sheet as a download bundle for promoters.
  • → Hero and theme options: front-page hero, accent colour, glassmorphism strength, font sizes, all configurable in the backend, without opening a code editor.
  • → Built-in backup system with hash chain: tour list, discography, gallery can be snapshotted before any major change and rolled back precisely.
