Protecting your personal data is very important to me. I process data exclusively on the basis of legal provisions (in particular GDPR, DSG and TKG 2021).

Contact requests (form and email)
If you contact me via the contact form or email, I process your details (name/company, email address, selected service area, preferred start timeframe, message) to handle your request and follow-up questions.
When submitted via the form, your request details are additionally stored internally in the WordPress backend and delivered in parallel by email.
To prevent abuse, the form processes technical checks (nonce, timestamp, signature, referrer, user agent, and a shortened hash from IP address and user agent for rate limits).
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent via form checkbox), Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures), and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (security/abuse prevention).
Retention period: contact requests are generally deleted automatically after 36 months unless longer statutory retention obligations apply.

This website uses locally stored browser settings for stable operation and your preferences:

If Matomo is activated on this website, analytics are performed only after active consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR in conjunction with Section 165(3) TKG 2021). Without consent, no Matomo tracking is loaded.
With active consent, Matomo cookies (e.g. _pk_id*, _pk_ses*, mtm_*) may be set; exact lifetimes depend on the Matomo configuration (typically up to 13 months).

Newsletter

Die Anmeldung erfolgt per Double-Opt-in: Nach Absenden des Formulars erhalten Sie eine Bestätigungs-E-Mail. Erst nach Klick auf den Bestätigungslink wird Ihre Anmeldung aktiviert.
Der Newsletter-Versand erfolgt über mein eigenes, selbst betriebenes Versandsystem auf demselben Hosting (siehe „Hosting and server log files"). Es gibt keinen externen Newsletter-Dienstleister, der Ihre Daten verarbeitet.
Sie können den Newsletter jederzeit über den Abmeldelink in jeder Ausgabe oder durch formlose Nachricht an mich abbestellen. Nach Abmeldung wird Ihre E-Mail-Adresse innerhalb von 30 Tagen aus dem Verteiler gelöscht; ein Hash der Adresse kann zur Vermeidung von erneuten Bounce-Versuchen für maximal 12 Monate aufbewahrt werden.
Webgame-Bestenliste („Cuby")
Beim Browserspiel „Cuby" auf der Apps-Seite können Sie nach einer Runde freiwillig einen frei gewählten Spielernamen in die öffentliche Bestenliste eintragen. Gespeichert werden dabei ausschließlich dieser Name, die Spielwerte (Spielzeit, Level, Abschüsse, Sieg) und der Zeitpunkt des Eintrags; IP-Adressen werden nicht gespeichert, eine Zuordnung zu Ihrer Person erfolgt nicht.
Zur Missbrauchsabwehr wird beim Eintrag ein technisches Prüf-Token verarbeitet und die Zahl der Einträge pro Stunde über einen gekürzten Hash der IP-Adresse begrenzt; dieser Hash wird nur flüchtig (maximal eine Stunde) gehalten und nicht mit dem Eintrag verknüpft.
Rechtsgrundlagen: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO (freiwilliger Eintrag) sowie Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO (Missbrauchsabwehr).
Speicherdauer: Die Liste führt maximal die 150 besten Einträge; schlechtere Einträge werden automatisch gelöscht. Auf formlose Nachricht hin entferne ich Ihren Eintrag jederzeit (Contact siehe oben).
Voluntary support via PayPal
On the apps page, I link to an external PayPal payment page for voluntary support of my free browser games. Unless you click this link, this website does not transmit payment data to PayPal and does not load PayPal cookies or PayPal scripts for this purpose.
When you open the PayPal link, you leave this website. Payment processing is handled by PayPal under its own responsibility by PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg. PayPal may process account, contact, transaction, device, security and payment data in particular to provide the payment, prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations.
I receive from PayPal only the payment information required to allocate and document the voluntary support for accounting purposes (e.g. name or PayPal display name, amount, currency, time, transaction reference and, where applicable, email address). I do not use this data for advertising or newsletters.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (processing the payment initiated by you), Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR (tax and business retention obligations), and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (proof, accounting and abuse prevention).

Local fonts & assets
For rendering this website, fonts and icons are loaded locally from our own server. No requests are made to Google Fonts CDNs or similar external font services when loading pages.
Hosting and server log files
Das Hosting dieser Website erfolgt durch
die IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Deutschland als Auftragsverarbeiter (Art. 28 DSGVO, AVV liegt vor). Beim Aufruf der Website werden technisch erforderliche Server-Logfiles verarbeitet (IP-Adresse, Zeitpunkt, aufgerufene URL, übertragene Datenmenge, Referrer, User-Agent), um Stabilität, Sicherheit und Fehleranalyse zu gewährleisten (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO, berechtigtes Interesse).
Speicherdauer: Server-Logfiles werden grundsätzlich nach 14 Tagen gelöscht, sofern nicht zur Verfolgung eines konkreten Sicherheitsvorfalls eine längere Aufbewahrung erforderlich ist.
Recipients
Personenbezogene Daten werden nur insoweit an Dritte übermittelt, wie dies für den Betrieb erforderlich ist
(insbesondere IONOS SE als Hosting-Auftragsverarbeiter, optional Matomo-Host bei aktiver Einwilligung)
