Protecting your personal data is very important to me. I process data exclusively on the basis of legal provisions (in particular GDPR, DSG and TKG 2021).

Contact requests (form and email)
If you contact me via the contact form or email, I process your details (name/company, email address, selected service area, preferred start timeframe, message) to handle your request and follow-up questions.
When submitted via the form, your request details are additionally stored internally in the WordPress backend and delivered in parallel by email.
To prevent abuse, the form processes technical checks (nonce, timestamp, signature, referrer, user agent, and a shortened hash from IP address and user agent for rate limits).
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent via form checkbox), Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures), and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (security/abuse prevention).
Retention period: contact requests are generally deleted automatically after 36 months unless longer statutory retention obligations apply.
Technically necessary storage
This website uses locally stored browser settings for stable operation and your preferences:
localStorage: theme (light/dark mode), mm_cookie_consent (consent status).
sessionStorage: mm_contact_scroll_y (restores scroll position after form submission).
Cookies: mm_lang, mm_lang_manual, mm_lang_prompt (language selection and prompt handling).
These entries do not contain advertising profiles and are not used for personalised advertising.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR in conjunction with Section 165(3) TKG 2021.
Retention period: until deleted by you in the browser or until the respective setting is changed.
Optional web analytics (Matomo)
If Matomo is activated on this website, analytics are performed only after active consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR in conjunction with Section 165(3) TKG 2021). Without consent, no Matomo tracking is loaded.
With active consent, Matomo cookies (e.g. _pk_id*, _pk_ses*, mtm_*) may be set; exact lifetimes depend on the Matomo configuration (typically up to 13 months).
Eine erteilte Einwilligung kann jederzeit über den Link „Cookie-Einstellungen" mit Wirkung für die Zukunft widerrufen werden; dabei wird der Consent-Status auf „declined" gesetzt und Matomo-Cookies werden gelöscht.

Die Anmeldung erfolgt per Double-Opt-in: Nach Absenden des Formulars erhalten Sie eine Bestätigungs-E-Mail. Erst nach Klick auf den Bestätigungslink wird Ihre Anmeldung aktiviert.
Für den Versand des Newsletters nutzen wir den Dienst Brevo (Sendinblue GmbH, Berlin). Brevo verarbeitet Ihre E-Mail-Adresse als Auftragsverarbeiter auf Servern in der EU. Ein Auftragsverarbeitungsvertrag (AVV) gemäß Art. 28 DSGVO liegt vor.
Sie können den Newsletter jederzeit über den Abmeldelink in jeder Ausgabe oder durch formlose Nachricht an uns abbestellen. Nach Abmeldung wird Ihre E-Mail-Adresse aus dem Verteiler und beim Auftragsverarbeiter gelöscht.

For rendering this website, fonts and icons are loaded locally from our own server. No requests are made to Google Fonts CDNs or similar external font services when loading pages.
Hosting and server log files
The website is operated via a hosting provider acting as a processor. Technically necessary server log files (e.g. IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user agent) may be processed to ensure service stability and security (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Recipients
Personenbezogene Daten werden nur insoweit an Dritte übermittelt, wie dies für den Betrieb erforderlich ist (insbesondere Hosting- und E-Mail-Dienstleister, optional Matomo-Host bei aktiver Einwilligung, Brevo bei Newsletter-Anmeldung) oder eine gesetzliche Verpflichtung besteht.
