When submitted via the form, your request details are additionally stored internally in the WordPress backend and delivered in parallel by email.
To prevent abuse, the form processes technical checks (nonce, timestamp, signature, referrer, user agent, and a shortened hash from IP address and user agent for rate limits).

These General Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all contracts for web design services, consulting, and the provision of digital goods (such as WordPress themes) concluded between Tom der Medienmacher (Thomas Zwicklhuber), Hauptstraße 43/3, 4542 Nußbach, and his customers.
A contract is concluded when the customer accepts an offer (in writing or by email). Offers from Tom der Medienmacher are non-binding unless agreed otherwise.
Wird der Vertrag mit einem Verbraucher (§ 1 Abs. 1 Z 2 KSchG) im Fernabsatz oder außerhalb von Geschäftsräumen geschlossen, steht dem Verbraucher grundsätzlich ein Rücktrittsrecht von 14 Tagen ab Vertragsabschluss zu (§ 11 FAGG).

Eine stillschweigende Verlängerung findet nicht statt. Eine kostenpflichtige Weiterführung der Pflege (Basis, Aktiv oder Growth) erfolgt ausschließlich nach gesonderter, ausdrücklicher schriftlicher Beauftragung durch den Kunden. Der Kunde wird rechtzeitig vor Process der Inklusivfrist auf die Möglichkeit einer kostenpflichtigen Weiterführung hingewiesen; reagiert er nicht, endet die Leistung ersatzlos.
The customer is responsible for providing the content (texts, images) required for service delivery. The customer warrants that they hold the necessary rights and that no third-party rights are infringed.
All intellectual property rights arising from service delivery remain with Tom der Medienmacher. After full payment, the customer receives a simple, non-transferable right of use for the agreed purposes. Modifying the code (theme/design) is permitted only with a corresponding full license or written approval.
The customer undertakes to provide all documents and information required for project implementation in full and in due time. Delays caused by the customer extend any agreed deadlines accordingly.
The liability of Tom der Medienmacher is limited to intent and gross negligence. Liability for lost profits, data loss, or indirect damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law. In particular, no liability is assumed for the legal compliance of provided legal texts (legal notice, etc.); this remains the customer’s responsibility together with their legal counsel.
Die gesetzliche Gewährleistung nach §§ 922 ff. ABGB (bei Verbraucher:innen ergänzend §§ 8 ff. KSchG) bleibt von den vorstehenden Haftungsbeschränkungen unberührt. Für Web-Projekte bedeutet das: Mängel, die bei Übergabe oder innerhalb der gesetzlichen Gewährleistungsfrist auftreten, werden durch Verbesserung oder Austausch behoben. Die unter Punkt 3 beschriebenen Inklusiv-Pflegeleistungen ersetzen die gesetzliche Gewährleistung nicht, sondern ergänzen sie.
