WHICH TASK COSTS YOU TIME EVERY DAY?

Show me a task that takes too long in daily work. Walk me through it exactly as you do it today. Then I can tell you what your current tools can solve and where a small web application would help.

DESCRIBE YOUR CASE

I usually reply within one business day.

Bring a real task

SHOW ME HOW IT WORKS TODAY.

During the first call, you walk me through a real task. We start with the call or email and finish with the completed job. I want to know who is waiting for which detail and where somebody has to follow up today.

Perhaps a setting in the software you already use can remove the bottleneck. In that case, everything else stays as it is. A small web application only comes into play when the current tool is not enough.

  • ENQUIRIES

An enquiry lands in the inbox. One detail is missing. Later nobody knows who has already replied. A shared overview can solve that.

  • APPOINTMENTS

An available appointment is booked. Confirmation and reminder are sent automatically. The required documents stay with the appointment.

  • APPROVALS

The current draft has a fixed place. Feedback stays there and the decision can be traced later.

  • DOCUMENTS

The data is entered once. It creates the right document. If something remains to be done, a task is created.

HOW WE GO ABOUT IT.

  1. Step 1 OBSERVE

    SHOW ME ONE CASE

You walk me through a task that actually happened last week. We see where somebody had to ask a question. Shortcuts and exceptions are part of it.

  2. Step 2 BUILD

    I BUILD A SMALL SOLUTION

The first version solves only the bottleneck we found. You can use it early and tell me what is still missing in daily work.

  3. Step 3 TEST

WE TRY IT IN DAILY WORK

We use the first version for real tasks. Missing details and unnecessary steps soon become visible. The next function comes after that.

This is enough to start

SHOW ME WHERE IT GETS STUCK.

For the first call, one task that regularly wastes time or causes errors is enough. Bring the person who normally handles it.

When it is too early

MORE DIGITAL IS NOT YET A BRIEF.

A general wish for more digitisation is not enough for a quote. Replacing an entire ERP system is too large for this offer. I need a bottleneck that we can observe in daily work.

No need for an essay

ONE EXAMPLE IS ENOUGH.

Describe a task that regularly wastes time. Tell me who handles it and what often goes wrong. I will read it and tell you whether I am the right person for it. If an existing setting is enough, I will say so.
